Kv Kopparn is located in Gullbergsvass in Gothenburg and currently houses offices, a restaurant and some smaller commercial premises. The house has 6 floors and also includes a garage. Of about 22,500 sqm including garage (about 5000 sqm), about 12,800 sqm will now be converted into a new office for the Swedish Transport Administration. The existing premises will be blown clean and rebuilt with a new layout and new installations. Only wet room units, some fire cell boundaries and shafts are saved. In addition to tenant adaptation, certain property-related measures will be carried out, such as the renovation of stairwells and entrance areas.
The building is currently certified according to Miljöbyggnad bronze. The project is being recertified and upgraded to SGBC silver.
protek has been commissioned to implement the redevelopment for Alecta and is responsible for project and construction management and control responsibility according to PBL. We have also participated in the work of signing agreements with the Swedish Transport Administration and assisted with both calculations and annexes to the lease agreement.
